bidaph Terms & Conditions – Official Player Agreement

1. Definitions and Interpretation

"bidaph," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated under PAGCOR license and accessible at bidaph.cam and associated subdomains.

"Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the bidaph website, or uses any services provided by the Platform.

"Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from the Player's bidaph Account balance to the Player's external payment method.

"KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws, including submission of government-issued identification documents.

2. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use bidaph services. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bidaph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

You must be a resident of the Philippines and physically located within Philippine territory at the time of registration and when using bidaph services. The Platform is not available to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. 2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using bidaph services:

• Employees or officials of PAGCOR
• Persons who have previously been banned or self-excluded from bidaph

2.4 Account Registration

To create a bidaph account, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You may only register one (1) account per person. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.5 KYC Verification

bidaph is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, SSS ID, or PRC ID) and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. bidaph reserves the right to reject or terminate accounts that fail KYC verification.

3. Account Creation, Security, and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bidaph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify bidaph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bidaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration and maintained in your bidaph account must be accurate, current, and complete. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 One Account per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) bidaph account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using fictitious or borrowed identities, is strictly prohibited. If bidaph detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual (determined by matching name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or other identifying information), all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

bidaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, breached PAGCOR regulations, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming practices. Suspended or closed accounts may forfeit all balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting bidaph customer support.

3.5 Dormant and Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bidaph reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of PHP 200 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified via email thirty (30) days before dormancy fees are applied.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their bidaph accounts using GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), or Coins.ph. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may require up to 24 hours for processing.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your bidaph account. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Standard withdrawal limits are PHP 500 minimum and PHP 500,000 maximum per transaction, with a daily limit of PHP 1,000,000. Higher limits may be available to VIP Players. Withdrawal amounts may be subject to verification checks, and unusually large withdrawal requests may be processed in installments over multiple days at bidaph's discretion.

4.4 Fees

bidaph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, banks) may impose their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method uses a currency other than Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, bidaph monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Players are required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before requesting a withdrawal. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or delays. bidaph cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies in the investigation of suspected money laundering or terrorist financing.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

5.1 Bonus Terms

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game

• Money laundering, structuring transactions, or using bidaph for any illegal financial activity

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party
• Playing on behalf of another person or accepting funds from third parties to wager
• Providing false, forged, or altered identification documents during KYC verification
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bidaph staff or other players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors rather than reporting them to bidaph support
• Accessing bidaph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, bidaph's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds currently held in your bidaph account at the time the claim arises. bidaph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities, however caused.

8.3 Internet and Device Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your internet connection and device are functional and secure when using bidaph. bidaph is not responsible for losses caused by disconnections, latency, browser incompatibilities, or device failures that occur during gameplay. We strongly recommend using a stable, private internet connection rather than public Wi-Fi when accessing bidaph for security reasons.

8.4 Third-Party Content

Some games available on bidaph are provided by third-party game studios. bidaph acts as a distribution platform for these games and is not responsible for the technical performance, accuracy, or fairness of third-party games beyond what is verified through our own compliance testing. 9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.4 Severability

All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bidaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Player rights or obligations) may be implemented without notice.

Your continued use of the bidaph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using bidaph and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance prior to the amendment's effective date.
